Warranty Policy

At Longowal Enterprises Private Limited, we stand behind the quality and consistency of all our products. Our warranty policy is designed to assure our clients of our commitment to delivering feed-grade materials that meet declared specifications at the time of dispatch.

All products supplied by Longowal Enterprises are warranted to conform to the technical specifications outlined on accompanying invoices, test reports, or as agreed upon during purchase. This includes attributes such as moisture content, protein levels, and ingredient quality as tested and verified by government-registered or third-party laboratories prior to dispatch.

This warranty is valid only at the point of delivery and assumes that the product is stored and handled under proper storage conditions (cool, dry place, free from moisture or contamination). Any claim related to product quality, weight discrepancy, or packaging must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. After this period, Longowal Enterprises shall not be held liable for any damages, spoilage, or changes arising due to mishandling, improper storage, or natural degradation over time.

Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the replacement of the product or a credit note against future orders, at our discretion. We do not cover indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use or inability to use the product.

This warranty policy does not cover:

  • Product misuse or incorrect application

  • Improper storage or exposure to weather/humidity

  • Damage during third-party transport after delivery

  • Claims raised after the warranty period
